Absolutely fantastic car buying experience. My salesman was Simon Chu. I wanted to buy a manual GTI, but had very limited experience driving manual. He drove me to a parking lot and let me drive around a little bit. Only when I felt comfortable did he tell me to go on the highway. He was very calm and very patient too. I stalled a couple of times and he guided me through it calmly and reassured me that I was doing just fine. He was a genuinely nice person, not just someone trying to make a sale. He made the experience such a pleasure, I would 150% come back and make another purchase with him if I had to. Everyone else was also incredibly helpful. We originally were going to get a car from a Richmond dealer. When they went to get it, the dealer refused to give it to them for some reason. Fairfax VW went above and beyond and got one from NC. So grateful they did that because this was exactly what I wanted. Overall an amazing experience.
